Maintenance & AMC

General maintenance for a building already in use, and annual maintenance contracts for clients who would rather have one number to call than find a trade each time.

Maintenance and AMC.

What It Covers

The work a building needs after it is finished. Reactive repairs across the trades — electrical, plumbing, AC, carpentry, tiling, paint — and annual maintenance contracts covering scheduled visits and callouts, for owners and facilities managers who would rather hold one contract than assemble a different trade each time something fails.

What's Included

  • General Maintenance
  • Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

How We Work

The scope of a contract is written down before it starts: what is included, what is a separate quote, and what a callout covers. An AMC that leaves this vague is a disagreement waiting for its first callout, and the disagreement always arrives at the worst moment. Reactive work is attended by whichever trade the fault actually belongs to rather than by whoever is free, which is the difference between a repair and a second visit.

Why Us

Every trade a building needs is in-house, so one contract covers the AC, the wiring, the plumbing and the finishes rather than four. And where we built the space, the drawings, the specification and the reason a thing was detailed that way are already ours — a fault behind a wall is a look at a drawing rather than an exploratory hole.
