How We Work
Waterproofing is the stage everything else depends on and the only one that cannot be inspected after the fact, so it is completed and checked before a single tile goes down. Falls to the drain are set before tiling, not corrected with grout. Cabinetry and countertops are measured on site once the walls and floors are finished, so the scribe closes against surfaces that exist. Services are set out to the fittings actually chosen — a waste in the wrong place is a wall opened twice.
Why Us
The plumbing, the tiling, the waterproofing and the joinery are all ours. In these two rooms that matters more than anywhere else in a building: a leak behind a finished wall has no single owner when four contractors touched it, and the argument outlasts the repair.
