Rukn Al Qaswa is a Dubai-based interior fit-out and technical services company, working on commercial, hospitality and residential projects across the UAE — covering everything from gypsum, flooring and painting to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, glass, aluminium, carpentry and 2D/3D design.
Rather than splitting a fit-out across disconnected subcontractors, we keep the trades coordinated under one point of contact. Scope is planned, sequenced and delivered by a team that stays accountable through the whole job.
The company works out of Al Khabaisi in Deira, Dubai, and is led by founder Juber Khan alongside a general manager and a sales team — so an enquiry reaches someone who can actually commit to a scope, not a switchboard.
Rukn Al Qaswa Technical Services is a civil company licensed by Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism under trade licence 1409018. Its licensed activities include false ceilings and light partitions, electromechanical installation and maintenance, air-conditioning and ventilation, carpentry and wood flooring, electrical fittings, floor and wall tiling, plastering, wallpaper, and plumbing and sanitary installation.
