Supply and lay, including the parts nobody photographs: levels, thresholds, skirtings, movement joints and the transitions between one material and the next.

How We Work
The substrate decides the floor, so it is surveyed for level, moisture and soundness before a material is confirmed — a floor laid over a screed nobody checked telegraphs every fault in it. Setting out starts from the sightline a room is entered on, so cuts land where they are least read and the joint pattern runs true through doorways rather than restarting at each one. On marble and figured stone the layout is planned from the slabs themselves.
Why Us
The screed, the walls and the skirting line are usually ours as well, which is what lets the floor be set out against the room that exists rather than the one on the drawing. Where a floor meets a wall, a door or a different material, both sides of that joint belong to the same team — so a 3mm discrepancy is resolved before it is laid rather than argued over afterwards.
